Most programs spike and fade. The work behind critical industry rooms must outlast the live moment. It should compound through sustained audience growth, partner retention, and franchise value.
We bring editorial rigor to live execution and operational discipline to creative vision. We design speaker lineups for narrative alignment, never headcount. We treat sponsors as part of the core program, not an afterthought. We hold every environment to the standards of the global newsrooms inside our pedigree.
We build platforms that connect global minds and anchor industry authority.
OUR PHILOSOPHYThe Blueprint for Compounding Momentum.

RECOGNITION & ACCOLADES
The team behind the practice.
A multidisciplinary team spanning editorial programming, live production, operations, creative direction, copy, and culture.
AYN STUDIOS is led by Alia Aljunied, a content and experience strategist with two decades of editorial and experiential leadership across global media brands and cultural institutions. Her work has supported teams at The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, GLG, LACMA, and MOCA.
A third-culture Singaporean, Alia leads programs across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, and serves on the Board of the Asian American Writers' Workshop.
Her strategic work at the intersection of complex narrative design and live media environments has earned industry recognition from the Webby Awards, Drum Awards, INMA, and Digiday. She was also named one of Sessionboard’s leading event content professionals, highlighting her influence in shaping high-stakes corporate programs.
Believing that large-scale corporate platforms are most successful when they remain connected to real human contexts, Alia balances her studio leadership with active civic engagement. Alongside her board work, she collaborates with community organizations including ICNYC and the Coalition for the Homeless to support and elevate local communities.

Seattle-raised but now in New York for nearly 20 years, Blake Henderson is a copywriter with a knack for identifying, channeling and refining different tones and voices. He finds that his background in comedy helps him edit down his work to the bare minimum required to get the point of the project across, while still employing linguistic, stylistic and comedic flair when appropriate.
He started out in the nonprofit world, but has spent the last decade honing his craft in small- to medium-sized agency settings. Ever curious about how the world actually works, his favorite hobbies are reading biographies, roaming the streets of Brooklyn and trying to see things through the eyes and experiences of his two little kids.
